****
Core presentation by:
Alex Jerrold, VP Operations, Adcap:
“Routing and Switching is the ‘road’ upon which all of your services ride. If you have a problem in the routing and switching of your network, you are going to have problems in all other aspects.
This Geeknick session will discuss basic network design rules to reduce troubleshooting time, and how to troubleshoot the problem areas of your network in an efficient manner. Once we have discussed troubleshooting of the ‘road,’ we will begin to look at a very popular service, Voice.
For Voice troubleshooting, we will discuss common issues in the voice world focussing on Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and if time permits, Contact Center Express troubleshooting.”
