January 28, 2009 – GEEKNICK: Cisco Voice

GEEKNICK is a community of technically minded individuals who come together to discuss and learn about specific

Cisco solutions. This is an in-depth look at particular technologies open to all customers who have either already

installed the products in their network or are in the evaluation stage.

The event sessions will provide an overview of the business issues addressed by the technology, along with a two-hour,

in-depth technical deep dive into the solution. The purpose of the deep dive is to give customers insights into how to

deploy and manage the solutions.

Topics include:

• Technical administrative training for voice

• Adding users

• Adding phones

• Call routing

• Configuring mobility, hunt groups, and auto attendants

• Discuss new releases, versions of product, and how to upgrade
