**Michael Cavanaugh is a published author of several comprehensive technical books on Unified Communications and Video with Cisco Press, the premier publisher for Cisco technical reference material.   He is also a certified Cisco Systems instructor, and routinely performs informative sessions for current and prospective Adcap clients across the Southeast.

Having worked in the networking industry for twenty years, Michael’s employment with such companies as General Electric, Cisco Systems Inc., Bell South Communications Systems, and Adcap Network Systems has allowed him to stay at the forefront of technology and hold leading-edge certifications.  Michael’s passion is learning the practical applications of new technologies and sharing that knowledge with fellow engineers.
