Adcap Network Systems is a company of data networking experts with offices in Atlanta and Miami with national deployment and support capability, serving organizations headquartered in the South East. Adcap focuses on unified communications and collaboration systems, desktop and server virtualization, and video conferencing, built on top of our strong expertise in data networking, network security, servers, storage, and VoIP systems. Our specialty is providing complete systems that work through the use of our outstanding design, procurement, project management, implementation, and support processes.

Adcap was founded in 2002 by three partners bringing together the essential elements of every successful business. Christine Versluis had many years experience in sales and marketing, as well as a strong business education from Auburn University. Matthew Waring’s expertise was in finance, with years of industry experience as well as a finance education from Auburn University. Rolf Versluis had worked for Cisco Systems, the semiconductor industry, and before that was a Submarine Officer in the US Navy; his experience was in technology and operations with a Electrical Engineering degree from the United States Naval Academy.

Adcap has grown steadily every year, is privately owned and debt free. Adcap owns their current office at Shiloh Road in Alpharetta, and is moving into half of a 40,000 square foot building in Alpharetta in January, also owned by Adcap. The new building includes a technology demonstration center, multiple video enabled conference rooms, and a 50 person classroom for Adcap’s popular and free training Geeknicks.

Adcap uses the technology that we sell. Our Cisco voice system operates on a fully redundant Cisco Unified Communications System as part of a FlexPod with NetApp storage and VMware virtualization. Adcap also has in production Cisco’s full video infrastructure, and uses Webex and Jabber in conjunction with Cisco voice and video endpoints and the Cisco CIUS tablet. Adcap operates virtual desktops using both VMware View and Citrix XenDesktop, and uses Cisco, Wyse, and Pano VDI clients. Other vendors products are also incorporated into our complete product system which in two racks leased at Quality Technical Services in Atlanta.

The owners of Adcap intend to continue to reinvest in growing the organization in a sustainable fashion. The culture of the organization is similar to that on a US Navy submarine, where everyone knows they are the best at what they do, and all the players work toward a common goal with a sense of purpose and pride. Decisions are delegated to the appropriate level, and our engineers enjoy being able to make sensible choices on technology implementation in order to deliver results done the right way for sustainable operation.
