Adcap Network Systems has a strong team of more than 60 full-time employees. The team is led by experienced industry veterans, managed by leaders in their field, with outstanding engineering capabilities. Solution Architects

Michael Cavanaugh  is the VP Solution Architecture, which includes the design of Voice, Video, and Messaging systems. He holds Cisco CCIE#4516  inVoice and Route/Switch and has been in the networking industry for over 25 years. Michael provides to Adcap’s customers a unique combination of technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex information in a way that is easily understood. He enjoys creating custom solutions for each customer, and especially enjoys being able to take a company to the next level by introducing Video and Messaging features to an existing Unified Communications system. His employment with companies such as General Electric, Cisco Systems, Bellsouth / AT&T and Adcap Network Systems has allowed him to stay at the forefront of technology. Michael is the co-author of several Cisco Press books, including the CCNA Voice Official Exam Certification Guide and the Cisco QOS Exam Certification Guide. Since 2007, Michael has enjoyed being a part of the Adcap team and offering cost-effective, feature rich and fully customizable VoIP systems, as well as amazing, user-friendly video conferencing technology, to our customers.

Riccardo Germano works for Adcap as Solutions Architect for South Florida.  He has the CCNP, CCNP (Voice), CCNA, MCITP and MCITS Certifications and has achieved specializations such as Cisco Telepresence Solutions Specialist, MeetingPlace Design Specialist and Cisco Routing and Switching Field Specialist. He has fourteen total years of IT experience and Diplomatic Background. Riccardo enjoys working closely with vendors and maintaining good relations with them. He is very interested in how different technologies work in conjunction with one another, and he is an expert in combining these different technologies to present our clients the best possible solution (meaning the best possible system) for their businesses.

Steve Norton, an Alpharetta-based Solutions Architect, has years of experience and expertise to contribute to the Adcap team. He enjoys constantly updating his knowledge of new technology to ensure that Adcap will always offer the customer the best solution for their business. He regularly attends training courses to increase his understanding of the technology Adcap offers, and he is a frequent presenter at Adcap’s Geeknicks on topics relating to Datacenters and Virtualization. He works closely with his team, including the VP of Solutions Architecture and an experienced Inside Quoting Specialist, to present an operating solution customized specifically to each customer.

A 20 year industry veteran, Jon Nitto knows what it takes to earn a clients’ business. Nitto was previously the President of a regional MSP, as well as an active board member of Ingram Micro’s VentureTech Network. Having channel, vendor and service provider experience, he possesses the knowledge, energy, drive and real-world insight to help clients thrive in this new era of cloud computing and remote management.

In his role with Adcap, Nitto is leveraging his past experience and success as an MSP and taking to the field to help Adcap’s clients understand the value of remote management, enabling them to create focus around meeting business objectives, improving their scalability and reducing internal costs. As a dedicated resource responsible for managing Adcap’s best-of-class PREMIERnet™ Advanced Network Support Services, Nitto spends significant time evaluating and continually improving our offerings. By identifying technology trends and evolving client requirements, Adcap has become not just a technical extension for our clients, but rather an integral part of their organizations.

Working with Adcap’s Account Management team, Jon is involved in both pre-sales and post-sales discussions, client management, management of our PREMIERnet™ Advisory Services and performing business reviews with detailed reporting for PREMIERnet™ clients.

Allen Smith holds CCIE #9029 in Voice and Route/Switch.  He is an Alpharetta based Solutions Architect with over 15 years of experience in the networking industry.  Allen’s experience includes 9 years working as a Deployment Engineer installing and delivering successful network deployments and over 6 years as a Design Engineer designing complex network solutions.  He enjoys creating effective solutions for each customer, and especially enjoys being able solve a business problem using a technological solution.  Allen works diligently to keep his knowledge of technology current in order to insure Adcap’s customers receive the best solution.
