Samantha Couzens
Director of Marketing

Samantha joined Adcap Network Systems in 2012 as the Marketing Director responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing programs. Her main responsibilities include brand development, lead generation, public relations, partner and field marketing.  Prior to joining Adcap Network Systems, Samantha spent over 15 years with various technology companies.  Her extensive marketing experience includes expertise in direct marketing strategy and execution, social media, marketing communications, customer relationship marketing, market research and channel marketing.

Kathy Tarkington
Director of Client Services

Kathy joined Adcap Network Systems in 2008 as the Senior Project Manager responsible for all service related projects.  Her main responsibilities include resource scheduling, service and project management, as well as overseeing all Project Management Office operations.

Prior to joining Adcap Network Systems, Kathy spent over 10 years within the legal vertical.  Her extensive technical and management experience includes expertise in end user training, customer technical support, application development, project management, telecommunications, senior management and IT Director.  With 12 years overall experience in IT Project Management, these projects include complicated voice, security and wireless technologies for companies ranging from 50 to 5000 seats.  Kathy’s current certifications include CCNP Voice and PMI’s PMP.

Joshua Cain
Director of Engineering

As Adcap’s Director of Engineering, Joshua is responsible for Adcap’s professional and support services, as well as working closely with solution architecture and client service teams.  From 2008-2012, Joshua served as a Senior Engineer in Adcap’s Voice, Video, and Collaboration practice, successfully leading engagements on some of Adcap’s largest and most complex customer deployments.  Prior to Joining Adcap, Joshua spent his 14 year career in the Information Technology industry working with global IT and communications service providers and the financial industry.

Bradford Wilkins
Director of Talent Management & HR Services

A “Success Enablement” professional, Bradford joined Adcap Network Systems as the Director, Talent Management and HR Services in early 2013. Specializing in innovative talent management strategies at growing companies, his department is responsible for talent acquisition (recruitment & assessment), talent development (training, continuing education, & leadership programs), organizational effectiveness (strategic alignment, change management & succession planning), and HR Services (benefits administration & cultural evangelism).

Prior to Adcap, he was a co-founder and VP Talent Development for a large multi-national distributor with 1.7 million products during its international expansion and growth. Bradford has also held Talent Management leadership positions with several other international high-tech growth companies in New York City. He is a requested public speaker on a variety of topics including “Integrated Talent Management Strategies: Burn the Silos”, “Adapting to a Changing Workforce: Meet the Millennials” and “The Evolution of Sales: Strategies for a New Sales World.” Bradford was nominated by SHRM-Atlanta in 2013 for a Pegasus Award, which recognizes excellence and innovation in the field of Human Resources. In his spare time, Bradford is a basketball referee, active with TAG (Technology Association of Georgia), a volunteer with PAWS Animal Shelter and a volunteer/supporter of United Cerebral Palsy.  He is a graduate of the University of Maryland-College Park and member of its Alumni Chapter in Atlanta.

Meghan Brown
Purchasing Manager

Since joining Adcap in 2008, Meghan has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales and account management.  She currently leads procurement with a strong knowledge and understanding of Adcap’s concepts, practices and procedures. Meghan firmly believes in the importance of accountability, efficiency and collaboration. Her team manages the day to day vendor/supplier relationship while keeping a continued focus on the customer with the execution of timely and accurate order and delivery.

Tina T. Roberts
Accounting Manager

Tina Roberts is the Accounting Manager of Adcap. She joined Adcap in 2009 and is responsible for accounting and financial reporting. Tina leads the team who handles all functions of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Tina has implemented and improved many processes and procedures within her department that have benefited the company as a whole. These processes and procedures have created a lot of efficiencies to reduce the manual processes.

Prior to joining Adcap, Tina served in roles consisting of Individual and Fiduciary Tax Accountant, Business Tax Accountant then as the firm’s Financial & HR Administrator with Tarpley & Underwood CPA firm. Prior to this she was in the banking industry for 12 ½ years.

Tina graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She lives in Cumming, GA with her husband and children.
